HR Specialist at Aleva Omsorg (Temporary Position)

We are now looking for an HR Specialist for a temporary position at Aleva Omsorg with a focus on recruitment. For us, HR is an integral part of the business where we value presence, relationships, and close collaboration with team leaders and employees. The position is suitable for both those with HR experience and recent graduates who want to grow into the role.
What does it mean to work in HR at Aleva?
As an HR Specialist with us, you will have a clear focus on recruitment and staffing. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and provide close support to our team leaders in daily personnel work. The role is operational and combines hands-on HR work with a more long-term development perspective.
You will work with:
- All parts of the recruitment process in collaboration with team leaders
- Support to team leaders in personnel matters, labor law, and rehabilitation
- Work environment efforts and preventive measures
- Development and follow-up of HR routines and working methods
You will be part of the company's management team along with the founder, operations manager, and team leaders, contributing the HR perspective to the development of the business.

We are looking for someone who is structured, attentive, and confident in meeting people. You enjoy working closely with the business, are solution-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. You are interested in recruitment and personnel issues and want to contribute to a sustainable workplace.
Requirements
- Education in HR or other equivalent education
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and HR work, or a recent graduate with a strong interest in HR
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
About the position
Employment type: Temporary position for 1 year, with the possibility of extension
Working hours: Full-time
Start date: During the spring, by agreement
